Light Crude Oil has been consolidating at the high (and above its' 50days moving averages) for the past three weeks, the previous day crude oil appeared ready to take out recent peak but yesterday it backed-off; failure to take-out recent peak is bearish and consequently crude oil may continue to oscillate between $100 to $110 a barrel.
